This processing serves the reliable operation of the site on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art 6 (1) f GDPR) and is deleted after [e.g. 14 days] at the latest.

Contact & purchase enquiries

If you send us enquiries via the forms on this website (contact, call back, test drive, vehicle purchase), we process the data you provide — including uploaded vehicle photos — to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions (Art 6 (1) b GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Vehicle enquiries via e-mail & WhatsApp

When you use the "WhatsApp" or "E-mail enquiry" buttons, the vehicle data plus your message and contact details (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address) are transmitted to us. We process these details exclusively to handle your enquiry (Art 6 (1) b GDPR).

Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. additionally apply. Data (e.g. your phone number) may be transferred to Meta servers, including in third countries. Use is voluntary; alternatively you can reach us by e-mail or phone.

Map (OpenStreetMap / CARTO)

On the contact page we embed a map based on OpenStreetMap with tiles by CARTO. The map only loads after your active consent; when loading, your IP address is transmitted to these providers (Art 6 (1) f GDPR).

Fonts (Google Fonts)

Social media

Our website contains links to Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Only when you click a link do you leave our website; the privacy terms of the respective providers then apply.

Cookies, consent & local storage

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics services. To store your privacy selection in the consent banner and for purely functional purposes we use your browser's local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage). This storage is technically necessary (§ 165 (3) TKG 2021) and contains no profiling data. You can change your selection at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your rights
